We provide business consulting and marketing support. Sending the contact form does not create a contract. Work starts only under a written proposal or statement of work that we both accept.

No standard price list is published. Fees, taxes, payment timing and any third-party costs (for example advertising spend or software subscriptions), and who bears them, are stated in the proposal before you commit.

You confirm that you are entitled to give us the materials and account access you provide and that you will approve claims and creative as agreed. Do not send account passwords through the website or by plain email; we will agree a secure way to share access when it is needed.

How to cancel, which work has been authorised, how undelivered work is treated and how any amount due or repayable is calculated are set out in the proposal. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated and corrected. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Plans, targets and recommendations are not historical results and are not guarantees. Commercial outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions.

Your materials stay yours. Rights in custom deliverables, reusable methods and third-party assets are set by the proposal and the licences that apply. Website content may not be copied or presented as someone else's work without permission.

We treat the non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only for the engagement, unless the law requires otherwise or you agree.

We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Any further allocation of liability between us is set out in the proposal or agreement for the engagement. The website is provided as is, and links to other services do not mean we are affiliated with them.

Governing law and the place for disputes are agreed in the written proposal for each engagement. Mandatory consumer or local-law rights that apply to you are not affected.
