Contact form: your name, your email address, your company name if you choose to give it, your message, the language of the page you used and your confirmation that you read this policy. Emails you send us: your email address and the content of the message. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal data or another person's confidential records through the form or by email.

Technical data: when you visit the site, our web server records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user agent in standard access logs. To limit abuse of the contact form, we also keep a salted, one-way hash of your IP address together with the time of each submission.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media plugins or tracking cookies, and we do not collect special categories of data.

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent given in the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a), where GDPR applies). To perform a contract once one is signed, and to keep the business and tax records the law requires (art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). To keep the website and the form secure and to prevent spam and abuse: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems (art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask for them; sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything.

Form submissions are delivered by email to our mailbox info@royalelevencapital.com. The website, the form handler and the mailbox are hosted on servers operated for us by our hosting and technical provider in a data centre in Germany (European Union). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose data when the law or a court order requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

ROYAL ELEVEN CAPITAL LLC is a United States company and the website is hosted in the European Union. When we read and answer your message from the United States, your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. We limit access to the people who handle enquiries and use encrypted connections (HTTPS, and TLS for email). We do not claim any transfer certification or framework membership.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Data related to an engagement: for its duration and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and legal limitation periods require. Web server access logs: rotated weekly and deleted after about five weeks. Form abuse-prevention hashes: entries older than one hour are removed each time the form is used, so they can remain longer if nobody uses the form; the file holds only salted hashes and timestamps. Data stored in your own browser (see the Cookie Policy) stays there until you clear it.

Where these laws apply to you, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Depending on the state where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. Whether a particular state law applies to us depends on facts such as size and volume of data, and we do not claim compliance with every state law. The whole site is served over HTTPS. The form only accepts requests from this website, validates every field, limits the number of submissions per connection and sends nothing to third-party services. Access to the mailbox is protected by password and encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website and our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
